Voutoumi Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian Islands and Greece, is located in Antipaxos island, just about five miles from Paxos island, heading southeast. The international tourist guide Lonely Planet has ranked it among the ten best beaches in Europe.

Voutoumi has crystal blue waters and white sand, combined with large white pebbles, it is unique in terms of cleanliness, and its vegetation, consisting mainly of cypress trees, reaches the shore, same as with beaches in tropical destinations.

Voutoumi Antipaxos attracts a large number of visitors, who approach this unique spot by private boats, and by dinghies, rental boats and small boats from the port of Gaios.

Voutoumi Beach Antipaxos is not organized, except for two fish taverns with excellent cuisine that are located nearby, next to the small settlement of about one hundred and fifty inhabitants who are mainly engaged in viticulture and who produce the special Antipaxi Wine.

The waters of Voutoumi Anti Paxos are so transparent, that the photos from above, used in all tourist guides and information brochures of Paxos and the Ionian Islands as a whole, make people feel that the boats are floating above the seabed.
