According to the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE), international arrivals to the main Greek airports (Aktio, Araxos, Athens, Chania Crete, Corfu, Heraklion Crete, Kalamata, Karpathos, Kavala, Kefalonia, Kos, Mykonos, Lesbos, Rhodes, Samos, Santorini, Skiathos, Thessaloniki, Zakynthos) reached 17,7 million in October 2017, in comparison with 16,2 million in 2016.

Specifically, arrivals per airport are: Aktio (271K), Araxos (77K), Athens (4,31M), Chania (1,09M), Corfu (1,29M), Heraklion (3,13M), Kalamata (120K), Karpathos (81K), Kavala (116K), Kefalonia (266K), Kos (1,03M), Mykonos (346K), Lesbos (44K), Rhodes (2,18M), Samos (115K), Santorini (430K), Skiathos (182K), Thessaloniki (1,76M), Zakynthos (781K).
